“We have recently updated our Public Housing Lease and lease addendums. The updated addendums include the Maintenance Charge List, Smoke Free Policy, Reasonable Accommodation Request Form, House Rules, and the Bed Bug Management Plan. We are required to give all residents a 30-day comment period to which they can make suggestions or comments on the updated lease and addendums. Any comments received will be presented to the Board of Commissioners before they vote to accept the new lease and addendums on October 30, 2024. The new Lease and addendums will be effective November 1, 2024 pending Board of Commissioners approval. The 30-day comment period for these updated documents will be open from Monday, September 23, 2024 until Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
